Overview

Rclone Shuttle is a Linux app that helps you manage and upload files to many cloud storage services in one place.

It is built using Gnome and GTK, making it fit well on Linux systems with these technologies.

This tool works with several popular cloud providers and protocols like Amazon S3, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, SFTP, SMB (Samba), and more.

This means you can access your files no matter where they are stored without switching between different apps.

With Rclone Shuttle, you can easily upload files by dragging and dropping them into the app.

You can also rename, move, copy, or delete files and folders directly from the interface.

If you want to open a remote file, just double click, and it will open locally on your computer.

It also lets you save local copies of files or folders permanently and supports encrypted Rclone configuration files to keep your settings secure.

Keep in mind, Rclone Shuttle is still experimental.

It needs full access to your host filesystem for drag-and-drop to work properly until a current issue is resolved (see issue #7 on GitHub).

Compared to other tools like Rclone Browser, it is less mature and might not receive frequent updates.

However, it offers a handy way to control many cloud services in one spot on Linux, especially if you want to use a safe, open-source option with good network protocol support.
