DMCA Policy
App For That respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices.
Our Role
We provide curated descriptions and direct links to official software downloads. App For That does not host executable files or redistribute copyrighted content. Downloads are served exclusively from the developer’s or publisher’s infrastructure.
Submitting a Notice
If you believe material linked on App For That infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your contact information and proof of authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on App For That that reference the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review Process
We verify each notice and, when appropriate, remove or disable access to the referenced listing while the claim is evaluated. Because we link to official sources, removal usually means updating or delisting the software entry.
Counter Notice
If you believe content was mistakenly removed, you may submit a counter notice to the same email address above. Include your contact details, the original URL, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local federal district court.
